Every moment becomes an opportunity for presence and self-care: while giving birth, relaxing at the beach, facing challenges in your relationships or sharpening your focus at work. You name it! All your life experiences are shaped by your breath.

Breathe Beyond is a gentle approach towards Breathwork. We also incorporate gentle and non-invasive inquiry during a Breathwork session.
Inquiry
Inquiry offers a gentle space to bring clarity to painful or confusing experiences—whether it’s the first moments of life, childhood conflicts, loss, heartache, or even small moments of longing. By exploring these memories with openness, you begin to understand and heal what once felt overwhelming.
Body Work
We also use bodywork practices in our offline Breathwork sessions. The healing power of touch through pressure points and meridian activation helps to release blockages in the different layers of the body.
