Dive into the world of breathwork with these top two techniques -
because who doesn’t want to transform their life?
At least aspects of your life. In case you’re self-realized you might want to stop reading. Self-realized?! Belief you me, you gonna know if you realized your eternal, luminous self and you might not just want to stop reading, but breathing. Otherwise, please do continue to read (and to breathe)!
This kind of breathwork transforms your well-being and we understand that how we feel, how we are, is coloring the experience of our life.
If you are able to help yourself with your breath to feel grounded, centered, balanced, connected, relaxed, joyful, activated, focused - whatever your intention is - you will see yourself and hence your life transforming.
Why even hesitate to learn more about your breath?
First step: Inhaling Intentionally
You might say “c’mon don’t fool me, I know how to inhale!” HA! You would think so! Your in-breath is a coordinated effort between your diaphragm, intercostal muscles and the intricate network of airways and alveoli in your lungs, all working together to keep you breathing and alive.
Even your nervous system plays a vital role in coordinating your breathing process:
When you inhale the sensory receptors in the lungs and the chest send signals to your brainstem which activates the diaphragm and intercostal muscles. The whole respiratory system also communicates through the vagus nerve with your heart rate, digestion, stress response. So better you take care of your inhales!
I don’t want to presume anything but honestly, the chance that your inhales are short, shallow, pressed, restricted and even through the open mouth is pretty high (80% of the world population doesn’t breathe healthily).

Second step: Exhaling Intentionally
In general your exhales want to be passive, to prevent the overuse of the muscles involved in your breathing. Already that can promote relaxation in your whole system. So just try again: inhale intentionally and let the exhale just go through the nose. No sound, now restriction in the throat.
Don’t underestimate your exhales, as each exhale is like a mini detox: you are making room for renewal and a reset. Exhaling carbon dioxide is released naturally, which is a waste product generated by your cells and helping to regulate the pH balance in your blood, freeing up space in your lungs for a fresh oxygen refill, ready to fuel your body’s cells.

Be Skilled with Your Breath to Transform your Life
As your inhales are long and deep and your exhales are passive and serene (or extended), your body receives the signal of safety, relaxation. The parasympathetic nervous system becoming more dominant, leading to decreased heart rate, calming the mind, improving focus, diminishing stress hormones, lowering blood pressure and - TADAAAA - instantly effecting your life to the better.
